Promoting Ethical & Effective Coaching
for Neurodivergent Individuals
Coaching has long been an extremely useful tool for neurodivergent people. It's an opportunity to learn how to work with their brains and be their authentic selves. Coaching enables them to reduce daily challenges, define their specific skills and move towards their goals.

Our website is a trusted resource and support tool designed to help individuals identify ethical, qualified coaches. We aim to empower people with a clear understanding of what effective, respectful coaching should look and feel like.

We have started with a focus on ADHD Coaching, but we will be expanding support to all neurodivergence.
What we DO
Educate and inform those seeking out coaching services on best practices, ethical guidelines and realistic expectations.
WHO WE ARE

OUR Mission

“Coaching is not doctor-patient or expert-client. I am your thinking partner because I know you are smart, creative, and capable”
Marcia Reynolds
“A Coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be.”
Tom Landry
